Basketball has always been my love, and a personal experience with injuries and rehabilitation led me to discover my calling as a Sports Physiotherapist. After my Physiotherapy undergrad, I pursued an MSc in Sports Science at Loughborough University. I'm eager to merge my passion for sports and healthcare to make a positive impact. My goal is to leverage my clinical knowledge and empathy to not only alleviate pain for patients but also enhance overall well-being, helping individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

What do you like to do in your spare time: Spend time with friends. Back in India, my favorite pastime was watching thriller movies with my family.

Vedika is absolutely brilliant, highly recommended! All staff are fantastic making you feel at home and relaxed. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and assistance with pain.I have curvature of the spine and went in as a hunchbacked old lady but with the help of Vedika and Vaish feel 110% better and will continue at the clinic.No Doctors or pills for me - physio is definitely working.Thank you again

I have been meaning to write this for the last few weeks.I have come across WDC via a Facebook add and then I am so glad I clicked it and main reason I thought let's explore it cause it was very close to home. Secondly I wanted to just have better posture and work on my body.I am so lucky to have come across this service, they were amazing from the start, extremely friendly team, the studio is nice and clean and people who attends are all seem to be so nice too! We laugh and do do the pilates together! It is also feels one to one as the groups are not massive at all!I paid for 6 weeks but I am surely continuing and I feel the money is reasonable of what I am getting! The trainers pushes you but also encourages you. I am enjoying it and I am seeing gradual changes.Thank you for all your hard work, you guys are doing a great job!

I have scoliosis of the spine and back issues. I had an assessment and joined their Pilates class, it’s great! I’m now pain free and highly recommend WD Physio. The people are extremely knowledgeable, kind, considerate and welcoming. I rate this place 10/10!

I came to WDC due to server hip pain which occured each time I rode my horse.I had reached the stage of considering giving up my life time love and hobby with horses.😭Thanks to the wonderful Vaishnavi and Megan with all their hard work, knowledge and exercise program, I can now mount and ride my horse with virtually no pain which is fantastic and I can now look forward to many more years riding my horse which means so much to me 🤗From the very start the practice makes you feel very welcome,You are always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat so you don't have to sit in silenceAll the staff are very approachable and are happy to answer any questions you have.I cannot recommend WDC highly enough and will continue to use their services in the futureI would like to send a massive thank you to all the team at WDC

I met the WDC team back in summer 2023 in Garons Park at the health & wellbeing event. Here I was introduced to Jack & Vaish, who spoke about the HEDS pilates sessions they had started, to bring those with EDS a safe group, with expertise in the EDS condition and being able to participate in pilates. I started these sessions in September, and have continued to go to these sessions weekly.I added physio sessions with Vaish early this year, to tackle ongoing issues with pain and mobility, as a result of EDS, specifically patellafemoral instabilities. In this time, Vaish has been phenomenal. She is patient, reassuring and has gone out of her way to support me in my quest, to restrenghten and mobilise more confidently. I have never left WDC without a smile or much laughter. My sessions have always been filled with laughter, and have provided me with a safe place to chat and learn. She puts up with my quirks, setbacks and adapted needs. I genuinely look forward to coming in to each session.The rest of the team are amazing too. Dawn, you are brilliant, you are so supportive, a shoulder to lean on or a needed hug when required. Front of house Eloise and Rhiannon, your warm greetings and chat before and after sessions, as well as being flexible to my ever changing needs, thank-you. Bobby, you are great at keeping everything in fine order, and always say hello. Jack, I haven't had a session with you (my fault entirely), but you keep me entertained every week, the toe sock competition and banter, this has kept my smile going. Your words of encouragement, and the ability to have an open conversation was much appreciated!Wendy, thanks for the advice and encouragement, and for setting up such a great clinic.The WDC team are great. Super physiotherapist - having torn my MCL and medial meniscus (right knee) the plan of care provided by Megan was spot on, driven by pain reduction initially, followed by muscle strengthening and repair. 8 weeks ago, I limped through the doors and had no idea what to expect; my GP had shown no interest in helping me in terms of a referral. Megan explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had, putting my mind at rest. I trusted the process and walked away (without a limp) and armed with knowledge that I will take with me for the rest of my life. We had many laughs along the way too. Special mention also to Vaishnavi and Jack who also provided physio when Megan's calendar didn't match mine. The care and attention was consistently strong. Also many thanks to Rhianna and Eloise on the front desk who always provided a warm welcome, smiles and were superb at putting customers at ease.

Attending due to a Calf Injury. Both Megan & Heemanshi treated me over the treatment plan, and during the time they were fabulous. Always friendly, bossy when needed (when i wasn't resting as prescribed or exercising as required) and above all, very good at getting positive results. They are very knowledgeable, the whole team at WDC is friendly, and i may well even miss attending now I'm better.

A BIG THANK YOU TO MEGANI had a problem with my right knee. Megan has been a star.She is so welcoming, her explanations, both of issues and treatment, are extremely clear. This gave me confidence in the treatment and exercises.Her professional approach was commended. Her deep muscle massages, second to none, and I survived! Felt so good afterwards. The progress I have made has been through team work which is what I felt we were. This is all down to Megan and how she engages with you. She is a vety positive person and always happy to answer any questions. Megan is a credit to WDC.

I have just finished my 8 week course of treatment for a hip impingement which I had been suffering pain with for almost 3 years. I am now pain free and able to move around with ease. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Now looking forward to starting Pilates with them!

I was in a bad place and couldn’t get help from my GP so found WDC via Google. I was in excruciating pain with my lower back but from the moment you step in there, you are welcomed by the most wonderful people. The receptionists are fantastic at making you feel at ease, and the physios are just as lovely. I had Jack and Veronica and you can tell they are experts in their field. They explained my symptoms and devised a plan for me to follow throughout my care. They made me feel normal and I actually looked forward to my sessions. I work in mental health and they understood that the pain I was in was affecting my well-being and this I found was the most wonderful thing about them. I now feel back to my normal self, where I can play with my children and not fear when I am next going to be in pain. I understand about posture and how simple things can prevent and long term issues and this is something I continue to practice. Thank all of you at WDC, especially Jack, Veronica, Rhianna and Tom; don’t ever change. Cannot recommend enough x

People say a drink can impair your judgment but it helped me to request a free screening when it popped up on facebook while on holiday.From the start I was made to feel so welcome and at ease. I had been suffering with my back for so long and was fed up of continually taking painkillers and living with a constant ache.With the help of this amazing team, not just the guys that have given treatment but also the welcoming smiles when I come in, they have helped me to achieve this.I cannot thank you all enough, (and 5 stars is so not enough)

I took up an offer for a free posture consultation, I saw Jack who carried out the consultation, what an eye opener that was! I have suffered from back pain for more years than I can remember, seeing the results of the posture photos it was a shock to me how out of line I was, but, speaking with Jack he explained what was happening which I now realise was causing my pain! I booked in for physio, 3 x a week for 4 weeks and then 2 x a week for 4 weeks, WOW, what a difference it has made! I thought my back was the issue, it transpires that the muscles in my legs and bum are so tight, like a drum, that this was causing much of the pain! I have had sessions with, Veronica, Jack, Sean and Kevin everyone has been fantastic, I came away with exercises to do at home and the change has been amazing! I’m now doing Pilates with Veronica each week and it’s fantastic, thank you all so much for all you hard work and dedication, without you I’d still be in pain! What a wonderful team you are, everyone is so professional and friendly, I can’t name you all but you know who you are!! Thank you again Shirl (Stedman).

I’m currently just into my second week of an 8 week course of sessions to help fix my back issues and hopefully live a more mobile and pain free life.I’m already seeing improvement in my range of movement after having my lower back muscles released, and although the treatment might not always be comfortable (turning solid and rigid muscles into supple pliable ones takes some work!) I am so happy with the progress so far and the easing of the day to day pain that I am already feeling.

I started Pilates last September and having never been before was extremely nervous.But the understanding and help of my past medical history and attention in class was fantastic.My back and my flexibility is amazing now.I then joined the Ballet Pilates as I now had the confidence take on another class.I have had a course of massages for my leg which have solved that issue.All the staff are so welcoming and you get total support from everyone. You also have a laugh and come away in a terrific frame of mind.I wholeheartedly recommend WDC Physiotherapy and so pleased I took that first step.

The people at WDC are amazing. I had a bad back injury for 2 years and within only a few months I feel like a new person. A special thanks to Jack one of the Pilates instructor who does a fantastic job. He makes the classes engaging and brings a great sense of humour. I feel better both mentally and physically due to these Pilates classes and would recommend to anyone struggling with any injury or pain. Also Dawn at reception is so lovely and welcoming along with the rest of the team!

Lauren at WDC Physiotherapy was amazing! I went in with problems with my neck and after 1 session my movement greatly increased.I didn't realize the how bad it was until Lauren released the tension with massage and gave me exercises. I suffered with severe migraines daily and its been about 6 weeks now and I haven't suffered one which has been life changing. Lauren discussed my other problems with me at length ensuring she had all the info she needed before she got hands on. My diastasis recti was a significant 2 finger gap from top to bottom including an umbilical hernia thanks to having 2 large babies. After a few supervised exercises and home exercises my gap has now closed other than the hernia location. Which I never thought I could achieve without surgical intervention. I couldn't even raise my arms above my head while on my back to start with I was so weak. Our sessions have finished but Lauren has ensured she has given me plenty of exercises to keep me going and once I have mastered them I may actually be able to do a sit up for the first time in years. I have been given a new lease of life with my mobility and have never felt stronger. I will be certain to join in with the Pilates classes. If you're suffering with ongoing pain don't let it become part of your life like I did. Highly recommend just having a chat with them if anything.
