Jack
Sports Therapist
Jack loves science – he always has and always will. He loves the investigation, the numbers, and the revelations. As a child, he was fascinated by the human body and how it functioned from the inside. It was inevitable he was going to study it in-depth. From a young age, sports had a major impact on Jack's life, and it was because of his parents, he learned how to win humbly and lose gracefully. In his early teens, Jack wanted to become a professional Badminton player; however, it wasn't meant to be so; he had a decision to make – refereeing, coaching or something slightly different. His decision was made when his Mum suffered a debilitating injury to her hip, and he went along to her second treatment session. There they were again, those numbers, the investigations, and revelations – incredibly lucky for him, not so much for his Mum.
With Jack’s work over the past few years, he’s become intrigued and successful at treating injuries to the neck and shoulders. Not because they’re common but because they are tricky and complex – and he loves a challenge.
Outside of work, Jack practices Judo – an Olympic Japanese martial art. He also enjoys finding new recipes to experiment with, exploring different places, and a wide range of music, comedy, and film.
