Eddie (MSc Physiotherapy, MHCPC)

Physiotherapist

Having always participated in a variety of sports and always eager to learn more, I decided to complete a BSc in Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences at The University of Birmingham. This degree improved my understanding of how the human body works, learning the reasoning behind movements and performance. I also learnt about how exercise can be used as medicine and the more in-depth physiological processes in exercise.

This inspired me to undertake a MSc in Physiotherapy at Anglia Ruskin University. I was motivated by learning and understanding the 'why' behind movements and injuries, and how I can use this to help everyday people. Now, I am excited to put all this knowledge into practice whilst still developing my own health by regularly being active whether that is in the gym or playing football.
